摘要
本文首先介绍引起色偏的原因,描述了色温及色度评价方法的相关知识。阐述了LED分Bin的生产工艺及验证色块的重要性。研究了LED、背光和模组三者之间色度的关系及内在联系。重点探讨了验证色块的方法和流程,能够给模组厂新产品开发阶段选取色块提供了一定的参考。
This paper introduces the cause of color offset in the beginning, and the relevant knowledge about color temperature and chroma evaluation method is described. Production process of LED different Bin classification is elaborated. Meanwhile, it expounds the importance of verification color lump. The relations and inner link are researched on chromaticity among LED, backlight and module. The method and flow regard to checking the color lump is specially discussed,which can provide some reference in the new product development stage for the LCM company~
