凤城市主要污染物总量减排对策

针对凤城市"十二五"主要污染物总量减排压力依然巨大,相关部门对总量减排工作认识不足,缺乏减排项目和技术支撑,政策和保障措施相对滞后的现状,提出对主要污染物总量采取工程减排、结构减排和管理减排的方式,同时提出了一些具体的减排措施。

The pressure of the total emissions of major pollutants in Fengcheng city is still great during the “12th” five-year plan＂period. The relevant departments lack of knowledge on the total emission reduction work,lack of emission reduction projects and technical support, policy and safeguard measure relative lag. The ways for the total amount of major pollutants emission reduction are given, such as conducting emission reduction projects, adjusting industry structure and strengthening management. Meanwhile, some measures are put forward.
