摘要
在构建电力企业营销管理人员能力素质模型的基础上,以营销人员的能力素质为研究对象,运用解释结构模型对营销人员的能力素质进行分析,建立电力企业营销管理人员能力素质的阶层结构图,对复杂的能力素质要素进行分层分类。通过该图不仅可以直观地看到各要素间的层次及相互影响关系,还可以将各要素按其属性进行归纳、分类、解释,帮助企业管理者对营销人员的能力要素进行有效识别与管理。
On the basis of modeling of competency model for marketing managers in power enterprises, competency of marketing managers is taken as the object to be researched and the competency is analyzed by use of interpretative structural modeling (ISM). The layered structure diagram of competency for marketing managers is constructed to lay the complicated competency. By means of the diagram, not only hierarchies and the interaction among competencies can be seen directly, but also in accordance with its property, the competencies can be summarized, classified and ex- plained to help business managers distinguish and manage effectively.
