摘要
通过优化出铁组织，实现了倒换铁口期间炉况零波动，炉况平稳过渡，新投用的铁口首次通铁量从当初的200-300t提升到600-700t，首次出铁时间从60min左右延长到80-120min，为炉况稳定提供了保障。
Through optimizing the tapping organization, the zero fluctuation of furnace state during changing the tapping hole is realized, the furnace state is going on with smooth transition, and for the new tapping hole went into service, the first iron capacity is promoted from 200 - 300 t to 600 - 700 t, the first tapping time is prolonged from 60 min to 80 - 120 min, providing the safeguard for the steady furnace state.
