通过对莱钢炼钢厂4^#连铸机移坯车啃轨问题的调查分析，采取矫正车体、矫正道轨、重新设计车轮等措施，解决了啃轨问题。

Through investigating and analyzing the rail gnawing problem of 4^# billet transferring vehicle in the steelmaking plant of Laigang, the effective measures, such as correcting the vehicle body and rail, redesigning the wheels, were taken, then the rail gnawing problem was solved.
