摘要
在航空薄壁结构分析中,经常会需要关注细节部分分析结果。本文以某机翼整体油箱铆钉连接分析为例,提出3种有限元建模分析方法。①根据结构受力特点选择合适元素对模型进行简化,同时采用过渡结构使模型边界约束模拟更为真实;②基于等效刚度思想构造加筋壁板结构的初步分析模型,通过设定等效层合板的铺层参数模拟其力学特征;③利用Patran的网格处理功能,通过自适应网格构造疏密过渡单元,保证细节分析对小网格的需求,同时降低整体结构模型的网格数量。将上述方法应用于整体油箱铆钉连接分析的建模和分析过程,不仅实现了整体油箱铆钉连接部位的细节分析,而且建模快速,模型简单,有限元分析效率高。
The result of detailed analysis often should be concerned in the analysis of aeronautical thin-walled structures. This paper proposes three methods about finite element modeling with taking the rivet connection analysis of an integral fuel tank as an example.①The model is simplified by proper elements according to the loading characteristic, and, the transition structure is applied in the modeling which can reflect the boundary constraints of the model more accuracy; ②Based on the idea of equivalent stiffness, the stiffened panels mechanical characteristics were simulated in the preliminary analysis by setting the property parameters of laminates; ③By using the mesh function of Patran, the transition element is created with adaptive grid, to meet the request of small element in detailed analysis and reduce the number of element. These above methods are applied to the analysis of the integral fuel tank rivet connection modeling and analysis. It proves that the application can analysis the connection of rivets in local area more fast with simple model and high efficiency.
