摘要
褶皱结构除了承受机械载荷外,由于其特有的空腔结构,特别适合作为高温热结构中主动冷却剂的流道。通过ANSYS/FLOTRAN软件,用有限元法,首先用ANSYS/FLOTRAN有限元软件建立皱褶结构和冷却液的二维有限元模型,通过流热耦合分析得到流场和温度场分布以及与之相关的壁面对流换热系数,进而分析不同冷却剂流动参数和结构参数下的对流换热系数,总结出对应的变化规律。通过研究得出,将皱褶结构应用于主动冷却热防护系统,可以显著提高系统的冷却效率,总结出的规律对高速飞行器皱褶形式的主动冷却热防护系统的设计具有一定参考价值。
The folded structure has special cavity. It can not only subject to the mechanical load, but also be suited to be used as a coolant tunnel of hot structure. 2-D models for fluid and thermal analysis are built up with FEM method in the ANSYS/FLOTRAN software. With the fluid-thermal coupling analysis, the velocity distribution and the temperature distribution are obtained. Then the convection heat transfer coefficient can be gained. The analyzing result of different coolants and folded structure shows the relationship between structure parameters and convection heat transfer coefficient, and has certain value in the optimum design of active cooling thermal protection system with folded structure.
