摘要
建立了某型飞机发动机舱内空间温度分布的数值计算模型,通过性能仿真软件提供不同飞行状态下发动机的工作过程参数,采用一维数值模拟计算方案对沿轴线方向的发动机舱内流体和结构壁面进行温度计算。同时采用三维CFD数值仿真模拟方法,开展发动机舱内三维流动数值模拟,得到发动机舱内冷却空气参数的空间分布。通过两种短舱冷气流量和换热的计算方法对某型飞机发动机舱冷却进行了计算,并对计算结果进行对比分析,得到了具有工程应用价值的结论,为飞机发动机舱设计提供了理论依据。
The author has built the numerical analysis model of temperature in engine cat^ln ot me aircraft. The performance imitation software applied working parameters of the engine in different flight conditions, and the 1D numerical imitation calculated the temperature of fluid and structure surface along axes direction in engine cabin, at the same time, CFD techniques were used in 3D fluid numerical imitation to obtain displacement of cooling air parameters in engine cabin. Using cooling airflow quantity and heat conversion method, the refrigeration processes in 2 kinds of engine cabins were calculated and compared with each other. The conclusion with engineering value applied theory basis for engine cabin design of aircraft.
