摘要
简要介绍了结构可靠性设计的必要性,并将其应用到具体的机械零件设计工作中。针对舰载机拦阻钩连杆的尺寸参数、材料参数和外载荷参数的复杂不确定性,利用机械可靠性软件NESSUS分析计算了结构的可靠度和设计参数的灵敏度,并利用概率优化模型对危险截面的重要几何参数进行了可靠性优化。
The necessity of structure reliability design is briefly introduced ,and the structure reliability method is used in a mechanism design in this paper .Considering the complicated uncertainty of the dimension, materials and load, using NESSUS(a mechanical reliability software) to get the structure reliability and parameters sensitivity of the lever. Probabilistic perturbation method was applied to the reliability optimization of a important parameter of the dangerous section.
