通过对歼八飞机、SU-27飞机、预研课题等国际科技合作项目的归纳与总结,对在新的历史形势下如何更好地开展国际科技合作进行了系统剖析,研究并提出了航空技术国际科技合作的流程与方法。本文将对国际科技合作项目管理及提高能力建设等方面提供一定的支持。
The avionic technology international science and technologycooperation flow and method are researched and developed, through concluding the J8 aircraft, SU-27 aircraft and 2-03 problem items and analyzing how to prompt international technology cooperation.This article will provide the support to international technology item management and capability.
