摘要
结合生产实践,分析了方坯角部裂纹产生的原因,通过调整钢水成分、优化工艺设备、改进操作方法控制角部裂纹的发生,铸坯质量得到有效改善。
Combining production practice,the crack reasons for billet corner were analyzed.The emergence of corner crack was controlled by means of controlling steel grade,optimizing the process equipment,improving the method of operation.Billet qualities was improved effectively.
