摘要
介绍了钢渣桩的特点,并从化学反应、离子交换和凝硬反应等方面论述了钢渣桩加固软土地基的机理,阐述了某钢厂厂区软土地基采用钢渣桩处理的设计计算;从地基加固处理中的布桩形式、桩长、复合地基承载力估算等角度对加固措施进行了设计和验算。结果表明,厂区软土地基经处理后承载力得到显著提高,地基沉降明显改善,加固效果显著。
The characteristic of steel slag pile was introduced in this paper.The hydrolysis and hydration reaction,ion exchange and pozzolanic reaction and etc of steel slag pile in strengthening soft soil were introduced.The design calculation of steel slag pile in improving soft soil foundation of a steel mill was also presented in this paper.Furthermore,a brief introduction was given to the calculation method and some meaningful conclusions.The work could be helpful to design calculation of reinforcing soft soil with the steel slagpile.
