摘要
城市建筑垃圾中含有旧水泥混凝土、砖、渣土和其他杂质,将其再生利用具有重要的经济、环保和社会效益。在介绍国内外建筑垃圾再生利用情况的基础上,提出了城市建筑垃圾细料在城市基础设施流态回填施工中的应用方法,并探讨了其特点和可行性。论文以北京市3个建筑垃圾处理厂的4种再生材料为研究对象,探讨了建筑垃圾细料的性质,提出了流态化施工的以级配指数为一级指标、再生胶砂需水量比为二级指标的建筑垃圾细料的分级方法。
Urban construction waste which contains old cement concrete,brick,residue and other impurities,its recycling has important economic,environmental and social benefits.Based on the introduction of construction waste recycling at home and abroad,this paper presented the application method of the fine material of city construction waste for fluidization backfill in urban infrastructure construction,the characteristics and its feasibility were discussed.Taking the three building refuse processing plants as sample,the properties of the fine material was analyzed,and put forward the facing fluidization construction classification method of construction waste fine material,with graded index as primary index,and water demand ratio of recycled mortar as secondary index.
