摘要
利用SEM、XRD和XRF技术对北京京能热电厂循环冷却系统结垢的主要成分进行了测定,并研究了再生水中Ca2+、Mg2+、HCO3-、SO42-对碳酸盐垢形成的影响规律。试验结果表明,再生水中Ca2+、HCO3-对阻垢率有负面影响,Mg2+对阻垢率有正面影响,而SO42-对阻垢率影响较小。
The main scale formation and antiscale influence factors of the reclaimed water reused in industrial recycling cooling system of Beijing Jingneng Thermal Power Plant were investigated.The ingredients of the scale were measured by SEM,XRD and XRF techniques.The influence of Ca2+、Mg2+、HCO3-、SO42-of reclaimed water on formation rule of carbonate scale was studied.The experimental results show that Ca2 + and HCO3-have a negative influence on scale inhibition,Mg2+has a positive influence on scale inhibition,while SO42-has little effect on scale inhibition rate.
