Development of the Energy Efficiency Management System in CNPC

目前以及今后较长的一段时期,我国将进一步加大节能减排力度,企业面临的节能减排压力也将逐渐加大。石油石化是国内高耗能重点行业,加快节能节水信息化进程是其必然的选择。通过建立能效管理系统,能够对石油石化企业能源消耗状况进行全面监测、分析和评估,实现能源消耗过程信息化、可视化管理,为科学、合理地制定企业能耗标准和考核体系提供依据,有效提升企业能源效率管理水平。论述了中国石油能效管理系统的模块组成及功能,分析了存在的问题,并提出了相应的建议。

In nowadays and a long time in the future, with more efforts in energyconservation and emissions reduction, the pressure on the enterprise will be gradually increased in China. As the industry with high energy consumption, promotion of the information technology of energy and water conservation was the inevitable choice for the petroleum and petrochemical industry. Through setting up the energy efficiency management system, the energy consumption of the industry was monitored, analyzed, and evaluated, thus it would be possible to realize the information and visualization management of the energy consumption, and provide a basis for scientific and rational development of enterprise energy consumption standards and evaluation system so that the management level of enterprise energy efficiency would be effectively improved. The module composition and the function of the energy efficiency management system in CNPC were described, the existing problems were analyzed, and corresponding suggestions were also put forward.
