摘要
党的"十八大"召开后,如何进一步加强干部人事改革,推动干部工作与时俱进,成为各级组织系统的重要课题。竞争上岗是适应新形势干部选任的重要方式。本文围绕党的"十八大"关于干部工作提出的新要求,在论证高校开展领导干部竞争上岗必要性和紧迫性的基础上,提出应该处理好十个关系,探索高校推动领导干部竞争上岗的思路和对策。
How to reinforce reformation of cadre system and promote cadre work to keep pace with the times after the 18th CPC congress is an important topic of all levels of organization system. The competition for posts is an important way of cadre selection and use in the new situation.Based on new requirements of cadre work of the 18th CPC congress, the article puts forward treating ten relationships and explores thoughts and countermeasures of the competition for posts of leading cadres in colleges and universities based on the argumentation of the necessity and urgency of competition for posts of leading cadres in colleges and universities.
