摘要
菜名是地域文化的折射,川菜作为八大菜系之中普及面较广的一大菜系,其独特的川蜀文化也伴随着菜名的传播而为各地人们所了解。文章以菜谱和网络上的400多个川菜菜名为语料,从语音、语法、语义、修辞、地域文化等几方面来深入考察川菜菜名。
The name of dish is the refraction of regional culture. As a dish recipe system that has a relatively extensive dissemination in Chinese eight dish recipes system, Sichuan cuisine has unique Sichuan's culture,which is understood while being propagated.Based on the corpus of more than 400 Sichuan cuisine of Chinese dish names from dish menu and network, the article analyses its culture connotation & value from speech,grammar,semantic, rhetoric and regional culture.
