摘要
本研究对23家企业的1 957名科技人员进行问卷调查,通过建立最优结构方程模型,考察了社会支持、工作压力和自我效能感对工作满意度的影响,理清了3个变量对工作满意度的作用路径。结果发现:(1)社会支持和自我效能感正向影响工作满意度,工作压力负向影响工作满意度。(2)工作压力和自我效能感在社会支持对工作满意度的影响中都起到部分中介作用;工作压力在自我效能感对工作满意度的影响中也起部分中介作用。(3)在社会支持对工作满意度的影响路径中,社会支持对工作满意度的直接效应和通过工作压力对工作满意度的间接效应所占比率最高。
The current study explores the impacting factors in job satisfaction of science and technology personnel.1957 participants were collected from 23 enterprises;The structural equation models among job stress,self-efficacy,social support and job satisfaction were conducted by AMOS 7.0 software.The results showed that(1)Social support and self-efficacy had an positive effect on job satisfaction,while job stress had an negative effect on job satisfaction.(2) Job stress and self-efficacy partially mediated the relationship between social support and job satisfaction;Job stress partially mediated the relationship between self-efficacy and job satisfaction.(3) Among the influencing paths of social support on job satisfaction,the direct effect of social support and indirect effect through job stress on job satisfaction explained the total effects with the largest percentage.
