基于Web of Science的循证护理研究态势的文献计量分析

Bibliometrics Study of Evidence-Based Nursing Research Literatures: Based on Web of Science

目的分析近年来全球循证护理研究态势,了解国内外发展差距,为我国循证护理发展提供参考。方法基于Webof Science,以主题=[(evidence based nursing)or(evidence-based nursing)]或主题=[(nursing or nurse)and(system reviewor systematic review)]或主题=[(nursing or nurse)and(RCT or randomized controlled trail)]进行文献检索,时间跨度为2007年至2013年6月15日。结果近年来全球循证护理研究文献发表呈上升趋势,美国在该领域具有绝对优势,加拿大、英国、澳大利亚也是主要的研究国家;加拿大阿尔伯塔大学是最重要的研究机构;最新的研究热点是卫生保健及健康服务、职业安全及职业教育、护理实践等。中国大陆论文发表量排名第10,主要贡献来自香港地区,内地主要来自第二军医大学、山东大学、复旦大学、四川大学、北京大学等,但被引频次都较低。结论中国循证护理研究形势不容乐观,与国际主流的差距较大,需要强化循证观念,加强护士的教育培训。

Objective To analysis the trend of evidence-based nursing（EBN） and make the research gap clear between home and aboard,so as to provide reference for the develop of the EBN in China.Methods The literatures related to EBN were searched in Web of Science citation database（2007-2013.6.15） using the following terms： su=[（evidence based nursing） or（evidence-based nursing）]OR su=[（nursing or nurse） and（system review or systematic review）] OR su=[（nursing or nurse） and（RCT or randomized controlled trial）].The searching were refined and checked manually.Then,the final searching were analysis by the software based on Web of Science.Results The annual number of publication of EBN increased steadily from 2007 to 2012.The USA played a leading role in the EBN research,and Canada,England,Australia were also the major research countries.Alberta University of Canada was the major EBN research center.Nursing practice,health care services,occupational safety and education and so on were the research hotspots.Literatures number of China came to the 10th place in the standing,and the major contribution was from Hong Kong.The major contribution of China's Mainland EBN research was from Second Military Medical University,Shandong University,Fudan University,Sichuan University,and Beijing University and so on.However,the citation frequency of China was low.Conclusion The EBN research of China,especially China's Mainland,is not optimistic.It still exists big gap between China and the international ones.So we must strengthen the EBN concept and the nurse education training.
