社区护士规范化培训的实施及效果

Implement and Effect of Standardized Training of Community Nurse

目的探讨社区护士规范化培训的方法及效果。方法便利抽样法选择珠海市香洲区76个社区卫生服务中心的在岗护士386名,有针对性地对其进行社区护理理论知识、技能操作的规范化培训。结果规范化培训后,社区护士的理论知识、技能操作考核得分及及格率与培训前比较均有不同程度的提高,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论对社区护士进行规范化培训,有利于提高社区护理服务的整体水平,更好地满足群众对社区护理服务的需求。

Objective To explore effect of standardized training of community nurse.Methods By convenient sampling,386 nurses were recruited from over 76 communities in Zhuhai,Xiangzhou district,The standardized training including community nursing knowledge,operating skills and community clinical practice were conducted in this population.The evaluation result and degree of satisfaction of trainee were assessed.Results After the standardized training,the theoretical knowledge,operational technique and pass rates were improved significantly at different levels（P0.01）.Conclusion Community nurse standardized training is a significant methodology for improving the general level of community nursing service,to satisfy people＇s demand for community care services.
