王季思(1905–1996年)既是诗人,又是诗词革新理论的倡导者和实践者。他倡导诗词的人民性和时代感,追求浪漫主义和现实主义相结合,主张现代诗词创作要在继承传统的基础上创新。

Wang Jisi is a poet, and an advocate and practitioner of the innovative theory of poetry as well. He advocates People＇s Character and contemporary sense of poetry, pursuing the combination of romanticism and realism, and calling for innovating on modem poetry writing on the basis of inheritance.
