肺泡巨噬细胞在脓毒症急性肺损伤中的作用 被引量：12

摘要 肺脏是脓毒症中常受累的脏器之一．肺损伤时中性粒细胞在肺内浸润、聚集，在肺损伤中起主要作用。肺泡巨噬细胞具有防御吞噬功能。同时分泌趋化因子、细胞因子和其他炎性介质参与中性粒细胞在肺内的迁移过程。我们观察了趋化因子巨噬细胞炎性蛋白-2（MIP-2）和肺泡巨噬细胞在中性粒细胞肺内迁移过程中的作用及抗MIP-2和核因子（NF）-κB抑制剂N-乙酰半胱氨酸（NAC）的肺保护作用。
