区域经济发展研究中的环境道德底线——兼论地理计量研究的道德维度

Regional Economic Development Research Must Adhere to the Bottom Line of the Environmental Moral——On the Moral Dimension in Geographic Measurement Study

很多地理事象,特别是人文地理事象,是不能量化的。当前人们在区域经济发展研究中,几乎完全使用了纯计量化的研究方法,去推导那些行政官员在实用主义、功利主义和环境虚无主义思想指导下预设的研究目标。研究过程和结果,都大大违背了地理学研究的终极关怀———实现人地关系的良性耦合。而要达到这一目标的实现,必须要有田野调查获取的逻辑实证事例的归纳推学和环境道德信念的支撑。特别是在研究过程中,研究者必须自觉坚守环境道德底线。

Many geographical phenomena,especially the humanities and geography ones,can not be quantified.But nowadays,in the study of regional economic development,almost all the researches use quantified approaches to achieve the targets,which are guided by the pragmatism,utilitarianism,and environmental nihilism of the administrators.In this way,all the researches are significantly contrary to the ultimate concern of geography studies——achieving a harmonious relationship between human beings and the environment.To achieve such a harmonious relationship,moral beliefs must be held firmly and field researches must be done.It is of great importance that the researchers must comply with the moral bottom line with clear conciousness during their research.
