为推动集团公司财务转型,中国石化于2012年成功举办了首期CFO培训班。本次培训聚焦于总会计师向CFO的职能转变,选聘全球顶级师资,为中国石化财务转型带来了全新理念;科学设计、实施培训内容,为学员行为改变带来了动力;关注培训实效,督促学员在工作岗位上践行新要求和新理念。CFO培训班对上助推财务转型,对下促进总会计师行为改变,真正做到了上接战略、下接绩效。

To promote the financial transfer of the Group company, Sinopec, in 2012 successfully hosted the first CFO training program. This training focuses on the functional transfer from Chief Accountant to CFO, inviting the world＇ s top faculty to bring in the brand new ideas; Scientific design and implementation of training contents motivate the trainees to change their behaviors; Close attention has been paid to the actual training effect, urging the trainees to put into practice the new requirements and the new ideas on the job. CFO training program has boosted the finan- cial transformation for the senior leaders and promoted the behavior change of the Chief Accountants, playing a linking role between the strategic level and the enforcement level.
