摘要
为进一步探索培训项目流程化管理,外籍骨干员工培训项目组根据外籍骨干员工培训的需求和特点,实行项目开发与实施全过程流程管理。其中培训项目规划、课程开发以及现场教学内容开发等关键环节的流程独具特色,流程促进者的设置具有创新性。关于流程管理的思考提供了一些启示。
In order to further explore the flow management of training programs, the program team of the Interna tional Key Staff Training Program has implemented the flow management of the whole process from the project develop ment to the implementation according to the needs and characteristics of the program. The key stages, like training program planning, curriculum development and on the spot teaching development, embody the unique traits and innovative features, providing some inspirational ideas for flow management.
