企业发展变革对基层班组管理提出了新的要求,石家庄炼化分公司在班组大力推行"班校家"管理模式,通过有效的工具、机制让"人本管理"在班组落地、生效,使班组成为"为企业建功的班,助员工成长的校,促团队和谐的家"。"班校家"管理模式的成功运行,给企业班组管理提供了许多启示。
The development and changes of enterprises place new requirements on the management of working teams at the basic level. SINOPEC Shijiazhuang Refining & Chemical Company vigorously promotes the management mode of "working team school - home" which uses effective tools and mechanisms to carry out "human - centered management" in working teams and make working teams "the teams that create value for enterprises, the schools that help employees grow, and the homes that enhance harmonious teams". The success of such a management mode has many implications for the working team management of enterprises.
