摘要
结合实践经验,从操作实务入手,论述了石油石化企业实施竞争上岗的内涵、特点、面临的主要问题以及关键控制点,为规范操作、选拔优秀人才、完善选人用人制度提供借鉴。
In combination with practical experience, this paper starts from the operating practice and discusses connotation, characteristics, as well as the main problems and critical control points of the job bidding through com petition for the petroleum and petrochemical enterprises for reference with the purpose of the standardized operations, the selection of talents and the enhancement of the selection and appointment system.
