高职院校外语教师队伍建设现状与对策分析

A Study on the Current Situation of the Construction of the Foreign Language Teaching Staff in Vocational Colleges and Relevant Solutions

在问卷调查的基础上,分析重庆市高职院校外语教师队伍建设的现状和存在的问题,并提出了转变教师的教育教学观念;提高教师终身学习的能力;强化科研意识,提高科研能力;改善教师知识结构,培养与高职教育相适应的能力;帮助EGP教师向ESP教师转型;重视教师的培训和培养等对策。

Based on the results of the questionnaire survey,this essay analyzes the current situation of the construction of the foreign language teaching staff in vocational colleges in Chongqing as well as existing problems.Besides,it also puts forward relevant solutions such as changing the teachers＇ educational and teaching concepts,improving their capability of lifelong learning,strengthening their consciousness and capacity for scientific researches,modifying their structure of knowledge to help them adapt to modern higher vocational education,helping EGP teachers convert into ESP ones,and emphasizing their training and cultivation.
