分析了"顶岗实习"模式下,高职院校学生党建工作面临的问题与挑战。结合江阴职业技术学院的具体实践,从共享校企党建资源,共搭校企党建工作平台,共建校企联动管理机制等方面,对如何创新高职院校顶岗实习学生党建工作进行探索。

Based on the analysis of the problems and challenges in the work of Party building for vocational college students under the ＂internship＂mode,in combination with the practice in Jiangyin Polytechnic College,this essay probes into its innovation in the aspects of sharing the school-enterprise Party building resources,co-building the school-enterprise platform of the work of Party building and co-constructing the school-enterprise joint management mechanism.
