摘要
给煤控制系统是燃煤机组的能源输送机构,它的安全性、精确性直接影响到发电机组的安全运行,同时给煤效率也直接影响着发电机组的煤耗性能。本文介绍靖海电厂1#、2#机组600MW超临界锅炉给煤控制系统,分析给煤控制的实际运行工况,探讨如何根据实际工况优化控制系统的性能和提高给煤精度。
The coal feeding control system is the energy delivery mechanism of the coal-fired unit,whose security and accuracy have direct influence on the secure operation of the generating unit.Meanwhile,its coal feeding efficiency affects the coal consumption performance of the generating unit.This essay introduces the coal feeding control systems of the 600MW supercritical boilers of 1# and 2# units in Jinghai Power Plant,analyzes their actual operation conditions,and probes into their performance optimization as well as the improvement of the coal feeding accuracy based on actual operation conditions.
