急性髓细胞白血病淋巴系分化抗原的表达

Study on the expression of lymphoid differentiation antigen in acute myelogenous leukemia

目的探讨急性髓细胞白血病(AML)淋巴系分化抗原表达的情况和意义。方法分析120例AML免疫组化结果,观察其临床表现和治疗经过。结果伴淋巴系分化抗原表达的AML(LY+AML)占AML总数的30.0%,其完全缓解率较不伴淋巴系分化抗原表达的AML(LY-AML)低,CD56阳性的AML易发生髓外浸润。结论急性髓细胞白血病可表达个别淋巴系分化抗原,细胞免疫组化有助于急性白血病的正确诊断,对判断预后有一定的帮助。

Objective To explore the significance of expression of lymphoid differentiation antigen in patients with acute myelogenous leukemia（AML）.Methods The data of cell immunohistochemical results of 120 patients with AML were analyzed,and their clinical manifestations and treatment were observed.Results The percentage of lymphoid differentiation antigen expression in patients with AML（LY ＋ AML） was accounted for 30.0%,the complete remission rate of these patients was less than those without expression of lymphoid differentiation antigen of AML（LY-AML）,and extramedullary infiltration was easily happened in patients with CD56 positive AML.Conclusion Specific lymphoid differentiation antigen can be expressed in patients with acute myelogenous leukemia,and cell immunohistochemical examination is helpful in accurate diagnosis of acute leukemia,and it is also helpful in judging prognosis.
