胰激肽原酶联合厄贝沙坦治疗老年2型糖尿病肾病的临床观察

Clinical observation of combined treatment with pancreatic kininogenase and irbesartan for elderly type 2 diabetic nephropathy

目的探讨胰激肽原酶联合厄贝沙坦治疗老年2型糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。方法入选病例均为2011年4月至2012年8月在内分泌科诊治的老年2型糖尿病肾病患者48例,随机分对照组和治疗组。对照组采用厄贝沙坦治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加上胰激肽原酶治疗,连续用药3个月。观察两组患者治疗后的临床疗效、24 h尿蛋白定量、血肌酐(Scr)、尿素氮(BUN)、尿白蛋白排泄率(UAER)。结果治疗组的临床疗效、尿白蛋白排泄率(UAER)显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论胰激肽原酶联合厄贝沙坦对于老年2型糖尿病肾病患者有较好的治疗效果。

Objective To investigate the curative effect of pancreatic kininogenase and irbesartan on elderly type 2 diabetic nephropathy.Methods Forty-eight cases of elderly type 2 diabetic nephropathy treated in the Department of the Endocrinology of our hospital from April,2011 to August,2012 were randomly divided into control group and treatment group.The control group was treated with irbesartan alone,on the basis of irbesartan treatment,the treatment group was also received pancreatic kininogenase treatment.Both groups were treated for 3 months.The levels of 24 h urine protein,Scr,BUN and UAER were analyzed and the treatment efficacy was determined.Results After treatment,the clinical efficacy,and UAER in treatment group was significantly superior to the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Compared with the irbesartan treatment alone,the combined treatment with pancreatic kininogenase and irbesartan produces better treatment outcomes for elderly type 2 diabetic nephropathy.
