心房颤动患者C反应蛋白水平的变化及临床意义

Clinical Value of Serum C-reactive Protein in Patients with Atrial Fibrillation

目的探讨心房颤动患者(AF)血清C反应蛋白(CRP)的水平变化及其临床意义。方法选择60例持续性AF患者临床资料作为实验组,同时选择60例窦性心律患者作为对照组,比较两组患者血清CRP水平。根据患者心功能情况分成不同的亚组,比较不同亚组间CRP水平。结果两组CRP水平差异具显著性(P<0.01);两组内,CRP水平均随着心功能分级升高而上升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05),而相同心功能亚组中,CRP水平均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 CRP水平在AF患者明显升高,且与AF患者心功能分级的严重程度密切相关,通过监测血清CRP水平,能够了解患者病情变化。

Objective To investigate the level changes and clinical value of serum C-reactive protein（CRP） in patients with atrial fibrillation（AF）.Methods 60 patients with persistent AF were chosen as the observation group,60 patients with sinus rhythm were chosen as the control,the levels of CRP of the two groups were compared.To compare CRP levels in the different subgroups divided into different pressure groups based on cardiac function.Results There were statistically significant difference between the levels of CRP in two groups（P 0.01）;In both of the two groups,the levels of CRP increased with the increase of severity of cardiac function,there were significant difference between them（P 0.01 or P 0.05）,In the same cardiac function subgroup,the levels of CRP in the observation group were significantly higher than that in the control group,there were statistically difference（P 0.01）.Conclusion The CRP level was significantly increased in patients with AF,it was closely related with the severity of cardiac function.Through the monitoring of serum CRP level,we can understand the patient＇s condition changes.
