鼻内镜下泪囊鼻腔吻合术加喇叭管置入术治疗慢性泪囊炎的疗效分析

Study on efficacy of intranasal endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy and flared pipe implantation in treatment of chronic dacryocystitis

目的探讨鼻内镜下泪囊鼻腔吻合术加喇叭管置入术治疗慢性泪囊炎的临床疗效。方法收集眼科56例慢性泪囊炎患者,研究组25例(27眼)采用鼻内镜下泪囊鼻腔吻合术加喇叭管置入术,对照组21例(23眼)组采用鼻内镜下泪囊鼻腔吻合术。评价两组的临床疗效。结果研究组治愈率(96.3%)显著高于对照组(73.9%),差异有显著性(P=0.010)。研究组有效率(100%)高于对照组(91.3%),但差异无显著性(P=0.206)。结论鼻内镜下泪囊鼻腔吻合术并喇叭管置入术治疗慢性泪囊炎治愈率高,值得临床进一步应用推广。

Objective To explore the efficacy of intranasal endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy combined with flared pipe implantation in treatment of patients with chronic dacryocystitis.Methods A total of 56 patients with chronic dacryocystitis in Ophthalmology Department of this hospital were collected for this study.They were divided into study group with 25 patients（27 eyes） and control group with 21 patients（23 eyes）.Patients in study group were treated by intranasal endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy combined with flared pipe stenting.Patients in control group were treated by intranasal endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy.The efficacy of these 2 groups was evaluated.Results The difference in cure rate between these 2 goups was significant,and it was significantly higher in study group than that of control group（96.3% vs 73.91%,P = 0.010）.The efficiency rate in study group was 100%,and it in control group was 91.3%,their difference was not statistically significant（P = 0.206）.Conclusion Intranasal endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy combined with flared pipe implantation in treatment of chronic dacryocystitis has high cure rate,hence it is worthy to be recommended for further clinical application.
