农业技术创新扩散视角下的节水灌溉农业——以甘肃内陆干旱区交替灌溉节水技术示范与推广试点项目为例

A Case Study of Alternate Irrigation Water-saving Technology Pilot Project in the Inland Arid Region of Gansu

中国是一个严重缺水的国家,而地处中国西北地区的甘肃省农业发展更是频频受到干旱天气的威胁。水资源缺乏与生态环境脆弱的现实状况严重制约着当地农业生产的发展,农民增收难以得到有效提高,因此采用节水灌溉技术是以甘肃省为代表的西北干旱、半干旱地区农业生产发展必经的一步,也是促进当地经济社会发展与生态环境协调发展的重要战略步骤。考察"甘肃内陆干旱区交替灌溉节水技术示范与推广试点项目"的实施过程与农户接受节水技术效果的基础上,从农业技术创新扩散的角度分析内陆节水灌溉技术的扩散与应用,以期从中发现具备推广价值的思路,实现节水灌溉技术的滚动发展,促进当地农业生产与生态环境协调发展。

China is a country with severe water shortages and agriculture development in Gansu Province are frequently threatened by drought.The reality of lack of water resources and fragile ecological environment severely restricts the development of local agricultural production and the increase of farmer＇s income,thus the water-saving irrigation technology in Gansu province as a representative of the northwest arid and semiarid region is the important strategy to promote local economic and social development and ecological environment coordinated development.Based on the observation and investigation of the implementation process of ＂alternate irrigation water saving technology and promotion of pilot demonstration project in the inland arid areas in Gansu province ＂ and the farmers acceptance of water saving technology effect,this paper studies the diffusion and application of water-saving irrigation technology from the perspective of agricultural technology innovation diffusion in order to find valuable promotion idea to realize the rolling development and to promote local agricultural production and ecological environment coordinated development.
