摘要
中国大陆高校现阶段比较文学的师资呈老强、中杂、青弱状态;同时存在一个身份的认同问题,体现为身份的模糊性、边缘性;其次是身份的定位问题,体现为精英性与普及性之争。这些问题影响到比较文学学科的发展。要解决上述问题,学界应对现有的比较文学教师持宽容态度,承认由于特殊的历史背景所造成的师资现状;比较文学教师内部不相互拆台,而应团结合作,积极进修,完善知识结构;同时,高校管理部门今后应重视比较文学师资队伍建设,逐步规范用人制度,建立一套严格的准入机制,并加大对年轻教师的扶持力度。
at the present stage, the situation about comparative literature teachers in China's Mainland's universities is that the old teachers are excellent, the Mid-aged teachers intermingle with the good and the bad, and the young teachers are inferior. And there is an issue of identity, which can be represented as the ambiguity and marginality of identity. The other issue is the positioning of the identity, which appears as the competition between elitism and populism. In order to solve these problems, the academic circles should hold a tolerant attitude towards the existing comparative literature teachers, and accept this situation caused by the special historical background. Comparative literature teachers should not pulhhe rug from under each other's feet, and actively take further education to perfect the knowledge structure. At the same time, the university management should attach importance to the construction of the teachers, gradually standardize the employment mechanism, establish a strict admittance system, and strengthen the supporting force for the young teachers.
