As the improvement and optimization of school culture and the construction of school culture can pro- mote the level of scientific management of the school, the augmentation of school＇ s competition is of great signifi- cance for the sustainable development of the school. Based on the brief narration of school culture and cultural role and function, this paper points out the three developmental stages of culture revolution, culture promotion and culture optimization as well as several basic problems to be cared about in the practice process of school cul- ture. Only by grasping the modern educational technology with distinct cultural characteristics of the school can the school have genuine competitive advantage and power.
