基于岗位需求的老挝军事人员汉语使用情况调查

A Service-based Investigation of the Use of Chinese among Laotian Military Personnel

文章采用调查问卷及深度访谈(网上访谈、电话访谈)等多元化的调查方法,对近3年来毕业于外国语学院的31名老挝军事人员汉语使用情况进行了调查和分析。主要结论:1.在老挝军队翻译和教学岗位上,汉语已成为广泛使用且非常重要的语言;2.不同工作岗位对汉语的需求旺盛,但是需求不一致,对知识领域的需求呈现相异的特征,对技能领域的需求呈现相似的特征;3.军事汉语教学要贴近外军人员的工作需求,注重知识的多样化和差异化,加强听说能力的培养。

By means of questionnaires and in-depth interviews （both internet and telephone）, this re- search focuses on the service-based use of Chinese by 31 Laotian military officers who have received Chinese training in PLA Foreign Languages University in the past three years. The major conclusions include the following： 1. Chinese has become a very important language widely used in their military translation as well as in language teaching; 2. There is much need for Chinese but it varies in different working positions. While there are different specific demands for officers in different positions in the aspect of knowledge, their demands for language proficiency are similar; 3. The University＇s Chinese training should meet the working demands of foreign military personnel by attaching more importance to the diversity for knowledge in their teaching, and by strengthening the training of listening and speaking.
