自动化系统集成在官地矿选煤厂的应用

Application on Integrated Automation System in Guandi Coal Mine Preparation Plant

选煤厂的现代化生产与系统的自动化程度有着密不可分的关系。本文结合官地矿选煤厂的实际情况,针对该选煤厂主厂房调度室和动筛车间调度室之间信息孤立的问题,提出了相应的自动化系统集成方案,主要体现在生产集中控制、调度通讯、视频监控、计算机网络等系统的自动化集成。通过应用,取得了良好的效果,已成为该选煤厂安全、高效生产的重要组成部分。

The modernization production of coal preparation plant has intimate relationship with degree of automa- tion of the system. In this paper combines with the actual situation in Guandi coal preparation plant, for the information isolated problem between main building dispatching room and movable sieve workshop control center in the coal prepara- tion plant, puts forward the corresponding automation systems integration solutions, mainly reflected in integration of au- tomation such as the production centralized control, scheduling communication, video surveillance, computer network and other systems. Through the application, has obtained the good effect, has become an important part of the safe and efficient production in the coal preparation plant.
