摘要 针对变水头渗透试验测试过程中需要人工值守读取测压管的水位变化、渗透液温度、渗透时间等参数,并进行渗透系数计算等烦琐工作,测试结果人为影响大、误差大等问题,研制了一种变水头渗透试验自动测试系统。该系统由给水控制装置、数据采集处理装置、供水水箱和管路等组成,系统软件采用MicrosoftVisual Basic.Net工具开发,数据库采用Microsoft Access2003。通过对水泥土试样和不同密实度的黏土试样进行渗透系数测定,证明该系统能实时精确地采集水头压力、渗透液温度等参数,并进行数据处理,输出渗透系数,实现了在无人值守的条件下完成试样渗透系数的测试,提高了测试精度,减少了烦琐的劳动。 Aiming at problems in falling head permeability test, which includes some coefficients such as manual reading change of water head and temperature of permeability liquid, permeating time,computing permeability coefficient and other tedious work. The testing results will face the problems of artificial influ- ence and with large errors, etc. ,the development of automatic test system to failing head permeability test has been put forward in this paper. This system consists of water supply device, data collecting and process- ing device, water tanks and pipelines,etc.. The system software is developed basing on Microsoft Visual Basic. Net, and the database is adopted by Microsoft Access 2003. Permeability coefficient measured sample of ce- ment-soil and Clayey soil samples of different density prove that the system can collect accurately and real-time wa- ter head pressure, temperature, process data and output permeability coefficient, and can carry on permeability coef- ficient test of the sample at unattended conditions,improve test accuracy,reduce the tedious labor.
