摘要
以主跨130m的深圳南山大桥为结构原型,进行了钢腹杆混凝土组合箱梁桥的试设计,并采用有限元方法进行了结构计算分析。结果表明,试设计桥梁满足设计要求且较混凝土梁桥减小主梁自重约10%~25%。初步研究表明,钢腹杆混凝土组合箱梁,通过减轻自重,减小了主梁内力,有利于悬臂施工,是一种具有应用前景的新型组合梁结构。钢腹杆混凝土组合箱梁截面刚度较小,设计中要引起注意。
Taking Nanshan Bridge in Shenzhen as a prototype, a trial-design on new type of girder bridge with steel truss webs-concrete composite box is performed by finite element method to realize structure al- gorithm. The results show that the trial design bridge can meet the design requirement and itself weight of main bridge is reduced 10%-25% compared to the concrete girder. The initial research in this paper indi- cates by decreasing the self weight of the main girder, the internal forces of main girder,it is favor to canti- lever construction in girder ridge with steel truss webs-concrete composite box,which is a new type of com- posite with a good foreground of application in bridge engineering. The designer also should pay attention to the lower section stiffness in the girder bridge with steel truss webs-concrete composite box.
