摘要
以国机集团中国中元东北科技创意产业园建设项目一期工程科研办公楼项目为例,分别以钢筋混凝土框架—剪力墙,钢框架—剪力墙两种结构体系的计算结果进行分析比较,确保在满足规范各项要求的同时,选取受力最合理、建筑物最安全可靠、构件截面最优化的结构体系。
This article takes the No. 1 proiect of scientific research office building project in Northeast Tech- nology Creative Industry Park(IPPR)as an example. The comparison and analysis work focuses on the two kinds of calculations on the structure systems between reirfforced concrete frame-shear wall and steel frame-shear wall. By meeting all requirements in the specification,it is to ensure to select the best structure system with the most reasonable force, the most secure building,and the most optimized cross-section.
