摘要
采用在线混凝工艺对天津微污染水源水进行了中试研究,采用3种中空纤维膜(孔径分别为0.01μm,0.03μm,0.1μm)评估出水水质。结果表明:原水浊度变化都不影响膜出水浊度,在全年内出水浊度均在0.14NTU以下;大于2μm的平均颗粒数分别为2、6、18个/mL,大于10μm的颗粒基本被完全去除;有机物的去除率随孔径增大略有降低,膜孔大小对有机物的去除作用有限。高藻期,混凝工艺前投加2~3mg/L次氯酸钠可保证藻类远离膜表面,并不会使藻毒素和消毒副产物超标。与常规工艺相比,在线混凝工艺流程简单,投药量少,出水消毒副产物少,且出水水质稳定,因此必将替代常规工艺。
A pilot study has been conducted for the treatment of micro-polluted water in Tianjin City by on- line coagulation process. Three hollow fiber membranes(0.01μm,0.03/1m and 0.1μm of pore size)are used to assess water quality of outlet. The experimental results show that the changes of original water turbidity don't affect the permeate turbidity,which is always below 0. 14 NTU during the whole year. The average particles numbers larger than 2μm are 2,6,18p/mL,and the particles larger than 10μm are basically be re- moved completely. The removal rate of organics is decreased slightly with the increase of pore size, so mem- brance pore size is limited for the organic removal. In the high algae period,dosing 2-3 mg/L sodium hy- pochlorite before coagulation process can ensure the algae away from the membrane surface so as not cause the excessive algal toxins and disinfection by-products. Compared with the conventional process,online co- agulation process is with simple diagram, low dosage,less disinfection by-products,and steady water quali- ty. It will replace the conventional process.
