摘要
随着网络时代的快速发展,为了提高图像传输与存储的速度,提出了对尺寸是非2的整数次幂的数据块进行Walsh变换的新方法,并着重对彩色图像压缩编码进行研究。该种方法简单,并通过实验仿真得到良好的结果。
With the rapid development of lhe internet era,in order to improve the speed of image transmis- sion and storage,this paper presents a new method to proceed Walsh transform on data block size of non- 2^n ,and focuses on the application of Walsh transform in color image compression coding. The method is simple,and can get good result throu gh the experimental simulation.
