摘要 从人才需求的角度,依据人力资本与经济增长理论以及人才预测学提出的各种趋势外推模型、线型回归模型,建立机械工程项目管理领域人才需求预测模型,预测并量化人才需求增长率,并对机械工程项目管理人才的需求领域与数量进行研究分析,建议高校相关专业开设机械工程项目管理课程。 In order to study the importance in offering the mechanical engineering project management courses,it is from the point of view of the demand for the qualified personnel and according to the human capital and economic growth theory,as well as talent predictions that a variety of trend extrapolation models,the linear regression model is presented and the prediction model for talents demands in the field of mechanical engineering projects is established,the growth rate of demand for talent is predicted and quantified,and also the research and analysis for the mechanical project management personnel demand areas and its quantity are conducted so that to explain the necessity and importance in offering the mechanical engineering project management courses from an objective point of view.
