转融券是转融通业务的重要组成部分,它的推出对证券市场产生了极其重要的影响,因此,在我国引入转融券的过程中,有必要针对我国证券市场开展转融券业务的现状,详细地分析转融券业务对我国证券市场的影响。
Turn securities are an important part of refinancing business.It has exerted a profound impact on the stock market.Therefore,in the introduction to the turn securities in China,it is necessary to elaborate the turn securities business development status of China＇s securities market,and the detailed analysis of effects of margin trading on China＇s securities market.
