摘要
在校企合作法律制度不够健全和校企利益难以协调的情况下,以互动的形式达成校企合作共同基础的认同,解决三明纺织业校企合作所面临的问题,促进校企文化的相互对接,驱动校企合作协议的履行,实现三明与台湾纺织业合作的零突破。通过校企互动完善以企业为主体地位的产学研结合机制,建立三明纺织人力资源开发培训中心,初步形成三明纺织业区域自主创新系统,以提升三明纺织集群的核心竞争力。
Under the circumstances of the insufficient legal system for school-enterprise cooperation and their uncoordinated interests,reaching a common basis is crucial for solving problems,promoting common culture awareness and then at last getting a breakthrough for a first cooperation with Taiwan's textile industry.By combining the mechanisms of study and production,the status of enterprises as the mainstay can develop through school-enterprise interaction.The initial formation of the Sanming textile industry of regional independent innovation system,the Sanming Textile Human Resource Development and Training Center will enhance the core competitiveness of Sanming textile cluster.
