美国MBA教育发展经验对我国MBA专业学位教育发展的启示

Revelation on China MBA education coming from the experience of American MBA

从职业化、实用化、标准化三个方面分析了MBA专业学位教育的特点,从入学制度及生源质量把控、培养过程及学制和课程设置及教学法、质量评价与认证等四个方面总结了美国MBA教育的发展经验,并从优质生源选拔、办学宗旨以及教学质量管理等方面阐述了美国MBA教育对我国MBA专业学位教育发展的启示。

In the thesis,the analysis on the characteristic of American MBA Education is based on professionalization,practicability and standardization.We derive the experience of American MBA Education from the following four aspects：enrollment system and student body control,program designing and teaching mission,teaching approaches and teaching efficiency evaluation.We make conclusion that the MBA education in China can be improved and refined through satisfying student body selection,clear operating principles and efficient teaching evaluation.
