针对高校公寓管理的现状以及存在的问题,分析了和谐社会背景下和高等教育大众化环境下高校公寓工作的定位,论述了对高校公寓工作重要性的再认识,探讨并提出了新形势下高校公寓工作的新举措。

In this paper,according to the situation and existing problems of university apartment management,the author makes an analysis on the position of university apartment work under the environment of harmonious society and the environment of higher education popularity.A further recognition of university apartment work has been discussed and explored.Some new measures on the work of university apartment has been explored and proposed under the new situation.
