摘要
布置多层迂回冷却水管是降低桥梁承台大体积混凝土水化热的一项有效措施,文章通过有限元数值分析给出了某承台温度场及应力场随时间的变化情况,研究了不同冷却水管布置方式下混凝土的降温效果。分析表明,在一般施工条件下,连续通水时间宜控制在3~4d,冷却水管层间距一般不宜超过1.25m,否则温升容易超出大体积混凝土施工规范的限值。
Arranging muhilayered circuitous cooling pipes is an effective measure to control the hydration heat for mass con- crete of pile cap. Combining with practical engineering, the temperature field and stress field changes with time of a pile cap were given by finite element numerical analysis. The cooling effects of mass concrete with different cooling pipe arrangement were researched. Analysis shows that, on general construction conditions, continuous water passage time should be controlled in three to four days and cooling pipe layer spacing generally should not be more than 1.25 meters. Otherwise, the tempera- ture rise may easily exceed the limits of mass concrete construction specifications.
